This may seem like a contradiction since I’ve stated elsewhere that I do not recommend curved tension shower curtain rods. But if you’re not able to install a new rod and still want a curved shower curtain rod, this would be a good choice.
If your only option is a tension mounted curved shower rod, this might be the best shower curtain rod that won’t fall.

If you are capable of doing some installation, but just don’t feel like the curved rod is for you, take a look at the KXLife Bendable Track Style Shower Curtain Mounting System. Be sure to measure the length of each side of your shower space to ensure that you get the correct size rod. These are made for showers with equal lengths on both sides. If they are not quite the same, there is some adjustment. Just be sure it is within the lengths specified by the manufacturer.
